| Back to Fundamentals Workshop |
Our Back to Fundamentals Workshop is designed for patients that are 2-5 years post-op looking for re-education and re-motivation promoting greater weight loss and weight loss strategies. Patients can self-refer or are recommended to attend by our Multidisciplinary Team. The Back to Fundamentals Workshop is considered part of the initial program fee, therefore there is no charge associated with the program.

| Pre-Op Education Classes |
Our Pre-Op Education Class is MANDATORY. If you are on the surgical schedule, you will need to attend this class 2 weeks prior to your surgery to avoid re-scheduling of your surgery. The class is approximately 2 hours long. It is not necessary to register for this class as your case manager will do so when your surgery is scheduled. Your Program Fee is due at this time.
