General Internet communication is inherently not secure. For this reason, we highly recommend that data considered confidential or private in nature not be submitted on this form. (e.g., Social Security Numbers, Diagnosis Information, Credit Card Numbers, etc.)
We offer visitors the ability to send an email to a patient staying in our medical center. If you have a loved one in our hospital, complete the form below to send them a message. All emails will be delivered during business hours of 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Messages received outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day. Please allow at least 24 hours for email delivery. Emails will not be forwarded once the patient has left the medical center. To ensure e-mail delivery to the patient, please include the room number where the patient is staying.
